Sarah & Chris | Snowflakes and Kisses

Everyone knows that no two snowflakes are alike. But it is truly astounding how immensely unpredictable the formation of a snowflake is. Each and every snowflake is comprised of millions of little ice crystals that were once floating through the clouds. When these little crystals finally get together, they start to form never before seen snowflakes that gently float down onto loving couples like Sarah and Chris. The shape of each snowflake is determined by temperature, wind, humidity, the time it takes to reach the ground, and dozens of other meteorological factors–it’s impossible to predict! In the same way, the love between a couple is shaped by an uncountable collection of experiences. Certainly, one of these experiences was the creation of Chris’s very first snowman. Chris is from South Africa and had never made a snowman before, but Sarah was happy to teach him just how it’s done in Canada…where you need cookies, cocoa, and lots of kisses!

Melissa & Mike | One Love

A blank wall. It bears no message. It has no story, no mouth, no words. It waits motionless to be given meaning. The painter has a choice. The painter can do anything.
It’s just paint on a wall, but it means so much more. They’re just letters and squiggles and colours. But they have power. The power to incite social change or the power to delight one heart. Or two. An anonymous expression that’s shared with everyone. A public admission of your barest emotions.
Melissa & Mike painted a short story of themselves. An honest and unique and personal story. Now as time passes, their message will stay on the wall much like a carving in a silent old tree. Who will read it? Who will they think wrote it? What will they think it means?
It’s just squiggles and colours.

Jamie & Trevor | Lucky Lucky Me

Happiness
Feels like this
Your heart upon your sleeve
There’s a place
In time and space
Where we can all be free

So meet me at the rainbow’s end
We don’t even have to pretend
That we know what it is we’re looking for

Life is just a dream
Lucky you
Lucky lucky me
